Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside Chile?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping by standard mail or EMS

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within the following 7 days. 

Standard shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks arrive. Shipping time may vary according to location, customs and the time taken by your local postal service to deliver within your country.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If you wish to change size or color of your order once it has arrived to your home, please contact us within 7 days after the parcel has been received. Return shipping and the new item's shipping will be the customer's responsability.

If there happens to be a problem with your order, can be a worng color, wrong size, or any other issue; please contact us inmediately to [email protected] to sort out your situation :)

 

Do you offer custom size for any of your products?

We may not be able to make custom sizes of all designs listed, but there are some items for which we may provide that service. Please feel free to ask us to [email protected]
